Helyn Bolanis: President and CEO
Helyn Bolanis founded Parlan Financial Corporation in 1988 in order to pursue her belief in fee-only financial planning. As a result of her vision, Parlan is now a client-oriented firm, specializing in personalized Financial Planning and Investment Management. She also continues to be a featured speaker for several Fortune 500 companies.

She has had 24 consecutive years of achievement in the financial services industry with emphasis in Financial Planning, Estate Planning, and Investment Management. Helyn holds the following designations to support her commitment to excellence: Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter.
 

Chad Kreilick: Vice President
Chad is a graduate from the University of Toledo with a BA in Finance and has been with Parlan since 1996. In his capacity as vice president, he works in conjunction with the president on issues involving budgeting, investment and financial planning policies, legal requirements, and accounting. He is also responsible for developing all quarterly reports.
 

Brian Hughes: Director of Financial Planning Services
Brian is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in Business Administration, and has been with Parlan since 1998. Mr. Hughes is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and preparing all facets of the financial planning process. Brian oversees all client communication and intermediates between Investment Services and Research and Development.
