Job Description
Parlan Financial Corporation, a fee-only, comprehensive financial planning and investment management firm, seeks a professional in the financial services industry to join our team. Planners work directly with clients to identify their goals, develop a financial plan, implement, and monitor the plan. We work in a non-competitive team environment. That means planners should expect the financial plan to develop in a synergistic manner.

This is an opportunity to use one’s financial know-how to create, implement, and follow through on comprehensive financial planning relationships with clients. To succeed in this position, one must possess the confidence to make sophisticated recommendations, be a team player, and be committed to providing excellent client service. One-on-one, telephone, presentation and written communication skills are essential. Detail and organizational skills are a must.

Duties Include:

• Responsible for preparing and interpreting cash flow, retirement, estate tax, life insurance, and disability insurance planning projections for clients.
• Responsible for preparing and interpreting investment performance reports for clients.
• Provide investment advice to clients.
• Responsible for all advice given to the client.
