Parlan Financial Corporation offers
Investment Management Services that utilize Exchange Traded Funds,
no-load mutual funds, stock and bonds as the investment vehicles.
We continually supervise managed investments in accordance with
the objectives indicated by the client.
Our process begins by reviewing the clients existing investments. The investments are evaluated to determine how well they will fit into the clients risk and return profile. Secondly, an asset allocation model is designed for each client. This model takes into account the investment objectives, desired rate of return, and level of risk tolerance acceptable to the client. Each client participates in the selection of his/her model, which serves as a blueprint for the portfolio. Modifications are made when necessary. The clients asset allocation models are constructed by using various combinations of approved investments. The client is informed of the selection of investments prior to the initial purchase of those investments.
The approved investments are monitored daily. Buy, sell or hold decisions are made based on calculations that Parlan Financial Corporation develops, which consider the underlying economic conditions, the price based on historic levels, and the asset allocation model.
Each quarter the client is given the opportunity to meet with their planner. The meeting centers on a written report designed to inform the client of all activity in the account, as well as various performance measurements. The reports usually include; Portfolio Appraisal, Date to Date Gain or Loss, Realized Gains and Losses, Unrealized Gains and Losses, Interest, Dividends and Expenses, Purchase and Sale Report, Performance History, Long Term Performance Report. This meeting gives the client an opportunity to ask questions concerning the portfolio and to evaluate its progress. Additionally, this meeting provides an occasion for the client to voice any changes in his/her circumstances so that a decision can be made as to whether any alterations in the model are necessary.
