While salary is certainly an integral part of each employee’s compensation, there is much more. We have put together a comprehensive roster of benefits covering everything from health care and education to everyday comforts. Following is an overview of our most significant benefits:

Medical
Parlan Financial Corporation provides a HMO medical benefit plan to all full-time employees. The plan offers medical coverage to employees.

Simple IRA’s
The plan is open to you on your first day of work. Under the plan, you allocate pretax dollars directly from your paycheck into a portfolio of mutual funds and a money market account. (You choose how much is allocated to your selection of funds). The money then accrues in your account, tax-deferred. Our vesting schedule is quite aggressive. You are 100% vested immediately. You may defer up to $6,000 of your pretax salary to your plan, and Parlan Financial Corporation matches employees deferral up to 3% dollar for dollar.

Time Off
Everyone needs a vacation. You decide when you need time off. When you do plan a vacation, it’s your responsibility to make sure that your work is covered. You can do this by discussing your plans with your co-workers and checking with your manager. Although our policy does not allow for vacation time to accumulate from one calendar year to the next, we encourage everyone to take time off throughout the year.
