Toledo-based Parlan Financial Corporation is a leading provider of
fee-only financial planning. Parlan does not own, operate, or hold any interest in mutual funds, stocks, or insurance products. You can count on Parlan for unbiased, objective advice.
Helyn Bolanis founded Parlan in 1988. At that time, the financial planning industry was undergoing unprecedented growth. Yet, the fee-only method of compensation was either not readily available or exorbitantly priced, leaving most people without the means to get objective financial advice. Because financial planning can help people at all income levels, Parlan believed that those services should be widely available. Over the years, that simple philosophy has helped Parlan build a practice that works with clients across
the United States.

Parlan Financial Planning can offer you a comprehensive package of services for lifetime planning or more specific services focused on a particular need such as retirement planning.
Investment Management is a service that provides for the continuous supervision of all of your assets.
And if you are responsible for your company’s human resources needs, Parlan can offer support with Corporate Seminars. Designed to guide separating employees and retirees through the difficult decision-making process surrounding their financial future, Parlan will answer the complicated questions and help you maneuver through the thicket of governmental regulations.
Get-Acquainted Meeting
Should you be interested in finding out more about our firm you may want to schedule a “get-acquainted” meeting. This meeting is complimentary and is designed to give you the opportunity to talk to a planner. At the end of the meeting, the planner will be able to determine if our firm can help you and what items should be addressed. We will then put into writing what we consider the most important aspects to be covered and approximately what it will cost. If you accept, we begin our work.
